We place great store in ministry to and with children, youth, and young adults, but every community of believers owes its existence and culture to generations of adults who have build a strong spiritual foundation through worship of God, service to fellow Christians and compassion to neighbor.

Our adults participate in a number of ministries, connection groups and church leadership geared toward making Eastview UMC a place where the name of Jesus Christ is proclaimed and God glorified in thought, word and deed. Current opportunities for fellowship, service and connection include:

Molding disciples of Jesus Christ through participation in children’s, youth, and young adult ministries.

Providing a guiding hand in our worship celebration, bible studies and music ministry.

Being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ through our prison, hunger-relief and other minisries.

Embodying, caring and timely support for others through the Grief Recovery Support Group and Nurture and Care team

Enjoying food, fellowship, fun and spiritual encouragement at Seniors’ Game Night.

Participating in our United Methodist Men (UMM) and United Methodist Women (UMW) groups.

Engaging in the crucial ministry of servant leadership in the church.

There are countless ways adults contribute to the spiritual life and vitaloty of our chuch. Please contact us if you have any questions about the importance and role of adults at Eastview UMC. We would love to hear from you!
